Why we built SommPocket
At our hospitality clients we saw the same thing every service: a guest asks which wine goes with the dish, and the team member who started three weeks ago points at the second one from the top. Wine knowledge sits with one or two people, and they are not always at the table.
Nothing wrong with that team member; the tool was missing. So we built SommPocket: load your own wine list and menu, and every dish comes with three matching wines and a short explanation you can say out loud. More revenue per cover, more confidence on the floor.
